Good news for the Gophers men’s basketball team.
They’ve cruised up the Associated Press Top 25 standings.
Last week, they were ranked No. 21 in the land. This week, Tubby Smith’s team is up seven spots to No. 14.
The Gophers (8-1) face South Dakota State Tuesday night at Williams Arena.
It’s the first of four non-conference games remaining on the schedule before the Big 10 opener New Year’s Eve against Michigan State.
