P.J. Fleck and the Gophers picked up a pair of oral commitments over the weekend for their 2018 recruiting class.
Brevyn Spann-Ford – a three-star recruit out of St. Cloud Tech High School – announced his commitment to the Gophers on Friday night. The 6-foot-6, 233-pound tight end is a freak athlete who had offers from Iowa, Missouri and Western Michigan.
Just check out this insane one-handed grab.

Shortly after Spann-Ford committed, Josh Aune of Highland Park in St. Paul announced he received an offer from the U of M too.
Aune is a two-star recruit, but he impressed at the Nike Football Opening in Chicago where he posted a top-10 score among some of the nation’s top recruits. After attending the Row the Boat camp, Fleck offered Aune his “dream offer.”
The St. Paul native played wide receiver and safety at Highland Park but he told Gopher 24-7 Sports, he see’s himself playing safety or potentially linebacker if he gets bigger.
