Two goals by Matt Stajan in the third helped the Flames defeat the Wild in Calgary Saturday night, 3-1.
The Flames took the lead 1-0 in the opening minutes of the game, but the Wild tied it up before the first period ended when rookie center Charlie Coyle scored his first career goal.
The game was scoreless in the second, but the Flames took the lead at 12:41 in the third period on a goal by Stajan.
Stajan also scored an empty net goal late in the third to secure the Flames’ victory.
Cal Clutterbuck, who took a dirty hit from Edmonton’s Taylor Hall in Thursday night’s 3-1 victory over the Oilers, was out of the line-up with a thigh contusion.
The Wild return home Tuesday, where they will play host to the Flames.
