The best team in the NFC – maybe the NFL – will get a little bit better this weekend with the expected return of former Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin.
Harvin, who has played in just one game this season (against the Vikings in Week 11) says he’s “absolutely” going to return from his hip injury when the Seattle Seahawks host the New Orleans Saints.

There’s no question the Seahawks are “set.” Seattle boats one of the top young quarterbacks in the league with Russell Wilson, a power running game led by Marshawn Lynch and a defense that finished No. 1 in the NFL.
Wilson told the Seattle Times that Harvin “looks unbelievable” in practice. Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate added that Harvin is “definitely going to open things up for a lot of us, I think.”
Harvin was traded to the Seahawks for first- and seventh-round picks in last year’s draft and a third-round pick in the upcoming Draft. In his only game this season, Harvin gave fans a glimpse of what Minnesotans frequently witnessed in his ability to be can explosive kick return and receiver.
