Former Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter is finalist again for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
It’s Carter’s sixth appearance on the list, as he’s been denied entry the first five tries.
Carter is one of 15 modern-era NFL players to make the cut this year, a list which includes first-timers Warren Sapp (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Michael Strahan (New York Giants).
The winners will be announced Super Bowl weekend.
Carter, according to the Star Tribune, played 12 seasons in Minnesota and was an eight-time Pro Bowler with eight consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.
