Everyday Eddie will soon become a Twins immortal.
The Twins announced today that Eddie Guardado will be inducted into the clubs’ Hall of Fame. Guardado spent 12 years with the Twins.
His best year was 2002 when he saved 45 games, helping Minnesota win the AL Central title.
Also going in, longtime media relations chief Tom Mee, who worked for the team for several decades.
Both Guardado and Mee will be honored in a special pregame ceremony on June 14 at Target Field.
