It would be criminal for us not to share the awesome raw video of Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen wired for sound during Minnesota’s 31-14 win over the Chargers.
Griffen had 1.5 sacks in the game while routinely crushing San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers. His final game stats included 2 tackles for loss, a pass defensed and 5 quarterback hits.

Meanwhile, Griffen thinks the Vikings are “on the verge” of being 3-1 after this week’s game against Peyton Manning and the Broncos.
“We’re on the verge of being 3-1,” Griffen said Monday, via the Pioneer Press. “We’ve just got to go out there and beat Denver, go out there and play for 60 minutes, do all the right things, and we can beat Denver.”
Minnesota is 0-3 all time against Manning-led teams, but they haven’t played him since 2008 when he was with the Colts.
Griffen’s 3 sacks on the season are tied with the likes of J.J. Watt, Robert Quinn and Justin Houston for third most in the NFL.
Here’s video of Griffen wired for sound during training camp this past summer.
