The University of Minnesota President says the on-campus football field would be “quite adequate” if the Vikings decide to move forward with the Metordome site. MPR reports the Gophers would need to add seats and heat the field, but it’s unclear how much those improvements would cost. Alcohol licensing would also have to be negotiated, among other issues.
