Chicago Bears’ quarterback Jay Cutler received the green light Saturday to start against the Vikings Sunday, according to an NFL insider for CBS:

An independent neurologist found the quarterback to be symptom-free and good to go.
Cutler just returned to practice this week after suffering a concussion on Nov. 11.
