Former Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter admitted to ESPN that he placed bounties on players during his career. “I’m guilty of it,” Carter said. “It’s the first time I’ve ever admitted it.” Carter also said the Vikings used bounties to protect the likes of Randy Moss, Daunte Culpepper and Randall Cunningham.
