Even if they’re 29-year-old baseball journeymen, you have to watch them like a hawk once they get a taste of the big leagues.
Case in point, Chris Colabello, who pinch-hit in the 9th inning of last night’s game against the Brewers.
Colabello, however, looked a bit out of step with the rest of the Twins. Why?
His jersey read “Twins” across the chest. Everyone else was wearing “Minnesota” jerseys.
Yahoo!Sports points out Colabello could have been tossed from the game, had the umpires noticed. They apparently didn’t. Neither did Twins TV announcers Dick Bremer or Roy Smalley. But the Brewers announce team did:
