The Clippers employed a balanced offensive attack to beat the Timberwolves, 111-95 Wednesday night in Los Angeles.
Chris Paul led the attack with 19 points, 11 assists and 7 rebounds. Blake Griffin added 19 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.
As a team the Clippers had 34 assists. As a team the Timberwolves made 35 shots. That’s why the Wolves were blown out. Quite simple.
The Wolves were led in scoring by Nikola Pekovic, who finished 20 points on 7-13 shooting.
Ricky Rubio’s shooting struggles continued. He made two layups in the third quarter and finished 2-8 from the field. He is 3-31 shooting over his last three games.
