Ladies and gentlemen, Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier has announced who the starting quarterback will be for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys.
Coach Frazier just announced that @cponder7 will start on Sunday.

It’s great news for Ponder’s family and friends, who surely will be at the game considering Ponder grew up in Colleyville, a town of 23,000 people 28 miles west of downtown Dallas.
Frazier believes Ponder gives the Vikings the best chance to win this week.
Meanwhile, Josh Freeman will remain on the sideline even though he’s had nearly a month to learn the Vikings’ offense.
ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio says it’s “safe to say the Vikings don’t believe Freeman is the answer.”
The hypothetical quarterback carousel Minnesota quarterbacks have been riding technically stops this week because it will be Ponder’s second straight start.
