Chad Greenway is ending his Vikings career after 11 seasons and more than 1,200 tackles.
The Vikings announced Monday that Greenway has decided to retire. He will hold his retirement press conference on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
Greenway was selected 17th overall by the Vikings in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He led the Vikings in tackles 2008-2013 and was second on the team in 2007. His 1,289 career tackles rank fourth in team history.

Greenway was named to the Pro Bowl in 2011 and 2012 and voted the team’s defensive MVP in 2010, 2012 and 2013.
