Quarterback Case Keenum was phenomenal in the Vikings 34-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Keenum made his second consecutive start in lieu of Sam Bradford, who missed another game because of a leg injury. The 29-year-old connected on 25 of 33 passes for three touchdowns and zero interceptions.
His 369 passing yards were a career high.
In the first half, the Vikings offense took a ton of shots down the field, and wide receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs were hauling in anything and everything.
Thielen’s 45-yard reception on the team’s opening drive set up a Dalvin Cook touchdown.

Keenum would then connect with Jarius Wright and Diggs for touchdowns, and Minnesota led 21-3 heading into halftime.
Diggs continued to haunt the Bucs’ secondary. On the Vikings’ first drive of the second half, Keenum hit Diggs for a 59-yard score.

All-in-all, Diggs finished with eight catches for 173 yards, while Thielen hauled in five passes for 98 yards.
Meanwhile, Cook also had a monster game, rushing for 97 yards and picking up 72 yards receiving.
Tampa Bay made it interesting in the second half with a couple of touchdowns, but Minnesota’s defense prevailed with interceptions from Andrew Sendejo and Harrison Smith.
With the win, the Vikings are 2-1 on the season and will host the Detroit Lions next week at U.S. Bank Stadium.
