How do you cap a glorious pro football career?
It doesn’t get much better than a trip to the Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
That’s where former Vikings receiver Cris Carter will be this weekend, as the Class of 2013 is inducted Saturday.
Carter joins the hall on the strength of a 16-year career in which he caught 1,101 passes for 13,899 yards and 130 touchdowns. For Vikings fans, it meant great memories like this:

The Bleacher Report put together this Top-10 list of Carter’s greatest moments. Making the hall, and his emotional response, topped that list:

Also on that list, Carter currently winning the battle with drugs and alcohol.
He told the Akron (Ohio) Beacon Journal this week that you can have “dark chapters” in your life, but it doesn’t have to be the final chapter: “You have to make choices in life,” Carter said. “If you want better results, don’t keep doing the same thing.”
The commencement ceremonies will be held at 6 p.m. Central on ESPN2 Saturday.
