The short-handed Chicago Bulls had no trouble beating the Timberwolves, 105-94 at Target Center Sunday night.
The Bulls were without injured players Derrick Rose, Joekim Noah and Richard Hamilton. In stepped Jimmy Butler, who scored 20 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Carlos Boozed added a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
Derrick Williams led Minnesota with 28 points, tying his career high.
Minnesota hasn’t defeated the Bulls in four years.
