Injured Timberwolves forward Chase Budinger is one step closer to returning to the lineup.
Budinger today took part in a full team practice for the first time since tearing the meniscus in his left knee on Nov. 10.
Fox Sports North reports today’s practice time may be enough to earn Budinger some minutes Thursday night when the Wolves travel to Sacramento.
“It’s all dependent on how my knee feels tomorrow morning,” Budinger told the Star Tribune after practice. “We’ll see how the swelling is.”
