Vikings veteran defensive lineman Brian Robison voiced his opinion on kneeling during the National Anthem in an Instagram post.
“I will always stand for the National Anthem because I have too much respect for the men and women who have sacrificed everything to protect our freedoms in this country,” Robison wrote on Instagram. “Although it’s not my stance to take a knee I also recognize that it’s that person’s freedom to do so. I am very proud of my team and teammates on how we handled things. We have a great dynamic in Our locker room. We are a family and we treat each other with respect. We have love and compassion for each other. Something the world needs more of!”
