Like many of his passes, Tarvaris Jackson’s career seems to be spiraling out of control.
The former Vikings quarterback was cut by the Bills on Monday after losing out to Kevin Kolb for the possible starting job.
Kolb will battle rookie E.J. Manuel for the starting job now.
Buffalo signed Jackson to a one-year $1.5 million contract in February, but he only collected his $500,000 signing bonus.
Jackson played with the Vikings from 2006-2010, posting a 10-10 record in 20 starts. He spent the 2012 season in Seattle, where he threw 14 touchdowns along with 13 interceptions in 14 starts.
