Edwards was in a great deal of pain as he was helped to the locker room by a member of the Wolves staff and Karl-Anthony Towns. It didn’t appear that he was able to put any weight on his right leg.
In somewhat encouraging news the Timberwolves announced later that Edwards was questionable to return to the game with a right ankle sprain, though he was ruled out at the start of the third quarter.
This is a developing story.
