Anthony Edwards was snubbed as a Western Conference All-Star but it turns out that he’ll end up in Salt Lake City anyway as a replacement player.
Edwards, Sacramento’s DeAaron Fox and Toronto’s Pascal Siakam will replace Phoenix’s Kevin Durant, Golden State’s Steph Curry and New Orleans’ Zion Williamson, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Now that Edwards is part of the All-Star Game, maybe he’ll be invited to participate in the 3-point contest. Edwards said last week after he was snubbed that he would’ve been interested in the competition.
“Hell nah. If I would’ve been an All-Star I would’ve did it, but I’m straight,” said Edwards when asked about the 3-point competition. “Ima’ go somewhere and chill out, problem go back and see the family or something.”
