Bad news Friday for the Vikings as they listed linebacker Anthony Barr (groin/hand) and safety Harrison Smith (hamstring/knee) out for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears at TCF Bank Stadium.
Defensive lineman Scott Crichton (concussion) and wide receiver Charles Johnson (ankle) are also out.
“There’s no setback, just not quite where I wanted it to be,” Smith told Viking Update.

In addition, nose tackle Linval Joseph and defensive end Everson Griffen are listed as questionable. Griffen said Thursday that he’ll play through his shoulder injury. Joseph missed the last two weeks with a toe injury but he’s practiced most of the week.
Smith, who practiced on Wednesday and Thursday, will miss his third game in the last four weeks and Barr is out for a second straight week.
