Sprained ankles kept four Vikings out of the first practice of the regular season Monday. The Vikings say that rookie receiver Jarius Wright, linebacker Marvin Mitchell, safety Andrew Sendejo and cornerback Marcus Sherels all were out with injuries. All four players are back-ups, although Sherels and Wright are the first options for punt returns.
