The Los Angeles Angels poured on five runs in the fifth inning on their way to a 10-2 victory over the Twins Wednesday night in Las Angeles.
Twins starter Tyler Duffey (2-6) gave up six runs in 4.1 innings. Things fell apart quickly for Duffey, who started the game with three innings of hitless baseball.
LHP Hector Santiago looks good through 4 scoreless, 1-hit IP, but #Angels don't have a hit vs. #Twins RH Tyler Duffey through 3 innings.

Joe Mauer and Kurt Suzuki knocked in the only Twins runs on the night.
One of the liveliest moments in the game for the Twins was actually when outfielder Byron Buxton retrieved a beach ball that had escaped from the right-center field stands. Buxton attempted to return it to the fans, but that didn’t go as planned either.
