Andrew Wiggins has got to be proud of his performance in Los Angeles these last couple of days.
In addition to notching 31 points in a win over the Clippers and getting some respect from Kobe, Wiggins can also say he beat his rookie teammate Karl-Anthony Towns … in “Call of Duty.”
According to USA Today’s FTW!, the two young players spent a few hours trying out new downloadable maps for “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” at Treyarch studios in Santa Monica, where the game was developed.

The matchup, which included some professional video game players, pitted the two Timberwolves youngsters against one another for “Call of Duty” bragging rights. Wiggins told FTW! he had bonded with Towns over a shared love of video games when they were roommates at 2013’s Nike Hoop Summit in Portland.
Both agreed at the end that Wiggins probably won the day, FTW! says.
