Surprisingly, Adrian Peterson’s Minnesota home can be had for less than $1 million.
According to TMZ Sports, Peterson’s Eden Prairie house just hit the market for $695,000. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a big purple room with a Vikings logo on the wall.
So we searched realty sites for a house that matched and found this one, and according to Hennepin County housing records, it does indeed belong to Peterson. The walk-in shower and separate tub look awesome and the Vikings room appears to be in the basement adjacent to a huge kitchen and bar area.
It’s a nice house, for sure, but got to say it’s still pretty modest for a guy who in 2011 signed a seven-year, $96 million contract with the Vikes.
It’s also modest for a guy who rode into his 30th birthday party on a camel.
Maybe convenience was a factor. According to Google Maps, Peterson had about a 10-minute drive to Vikings headquarters at Winter Park.
