The reigning NFL MVP missed practice on Thursday. Don’t worry, it doesn’t sound like it has anything to do with football or an injury of any sort. As you’ll see below, Sioux Falls apparently has some great dining options.

The story gets weird with the Argus Leader in Sioux Falls reporting that Peterson was spotted eating a hot turkey sandwich at the Little Coalinga Bar and Grill. Seriously… this is weird. Apparently Peterson was a “super nice guy.”
Yahoo! Sports reports that it’s not a big deal and Peterson will be back at practice on Friday.
According to NFL.com’s 10 Mind Blowing Stats, Peterson has 13 carries, 84 yards and three touchdowns more than he had after four games last year.
