I'm not saying Mike Yeo is a bad coach but change is due in Minny #YeomustGo pic.twitter.com/1GsdYh9lvt

Zenon Konopka hasn’t played for the Minnesota Wild for a couple of years, but he still follows the team closely enough to throw some opinions at the wall.
On Tuesday night, following the Wild’s 11th loss in 12 games, Konopka tweeted that Wild head coach Mike Yeo should be fired, or in his words, “Yeo has to go.”
The Minnesota Wild have so much talent. All the pieces to be Stanley Cup champs- wasting years isn't fair to the players or fans #YeohastoGo

Konopka, who isn’t in the NHL this season, added a supporting tweet (above) signed by his pet bunny Hoppy, who is about nine years old now, according to the NHLPA.
Yeo on @ZenonKonopka: "I really don't care what he thinks. I was really disappointed to see Hoppy holding that sign." #mnwild

According to the Star Tribune, the Wild hasn’t won a home game since Dec. 28. The good news is that the overtime loss to Dallas still earned Minnesota a point, which puts them within two points of the current Wild Card holders, Nashville and Colorado, who both lost Tuesday night.
