The Timberwolves improved to 3-1 with a 90-75 win over the Orlando Magic Wednesday night at Target Center. Luke Ridnour finished with 19 points to lead all scorers.
Derrick Williams also had his best game of the season. He finished with 14 points on 5-10 shooting. Brandon Roy only scored three points, but he showcased his veteran saavy, leading the team with 9 assists.
The 3-1 start is Minnesota’s best start since beginning the 2001-02 season 6-0. The win also snapped a nine game losing streak to the Magic.
