The injury report for the Minnesota Timberwolves continues to grow.
According to the Associated Press, Wolves forward Shabazz Muhammad will miss at least the next two weeks because of a strained oblique.
Muhammad’s injury adds to a long list of Wolves players, who have missed significant time this season. He joins Ricky Rubio, Nikola Pekovic, Kevin Martin and Mo Williams on the Wolves list of walking wounded.
Officially on Shabazz Muhammad’s injury, an MRI on his abdominal revealed an outer oblique strain. He will be reevaluated in two weeks.

Muhammad had been one of the few bright spots for the Wolves. In his second season he has emerged as a reliable scoring option. Over his last 20 games, Muhammad is averaging 17.4 points and 4.9 rebounds per game, while shooting around 49 percent.
Minnesota did get some good news on the injury front, when it came to Williams.

The Wolves are hopeful that Pekovic and Martin will be able to return soon. But Rubio is still working his way back from a badly sprained ankle that’s kept him out of the lineup since early November.
The Wolves play at Indiana on Tuesday.
