There will be a Game 6 of the Western Conference Quarterfinal series as the Minnesota Wild beat Dallas 5-4 in overtime Friday night in Dallas.
1. Captain Koivu clutches up late for Minnesota
Wild captain Mikko Koivu scored the game-tying goal near the end of regulation then added the game-winner in overtime.

2. Stars unleash third period rally
Dallas took the lead away from the Wild in the third period, as Jamie Benn, Jason Spezza and Alex Goligoski scored third period goals to help the Stars rally from two one-goal deficits to take the lead.

For Benn and Spezza it was their third goals of the series.
After a goal from Alex Goligowski to give the Stars the lead, Dallas was unable to hold on in regulation and the game went into overtime.
3. Fast start gets Wild going
Things looked good for the Wild in the first early minutes building a 2-0 lead on early first period goals by Mikael Granlund and Jordan Schroeder.

It was the first goal of the post season for both players, the first post season goal of Schroeder’s career.
