Defensemen Jonathon Blum and Jon Landry have both agreed to one-year, two-way contracts with the Minnesota Wild, the team confirmed on their Twitter account today.

Blum was drafted by Nashville 23rd overall in the 2007 NHL Draft, and spent all of his NHL years with the Predators. He has also spent time with the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL the past four seasons. He put up seven points and six penalty minutes in 35 games with Nashville last year.
Landry has been fighting to get to the NHL for a decade, and got a one-year deal from the New York Islanders last year before being re-assigned to the Sound Tigers, the Islanders AHL affiliate, where he put up 33 points in 72 games.
The two-way contracts give the Wild the ability to option Blum and Landry up and down from Minnesota to their AHL affiliate, the Iowa Wild, who are relocating from Houston this offseason where they were known as the Houston Aeros.
