The Timberwolves have high hopes for first-round pick Kris Dunn – and he got off to a good start in the Las Vegas Summer League by scoring 27 points in his debut.
The Wolves lost to the Nuggets, 88-82.
Dunn’s first bucket came on the receiving end of an alley-oop pass from former Minnesota Mr. Basketball winner Tyus Jones. Watch the replay right here.

In the second half, Dunn crossed over a defender so hard that he nearly broke the guy’s ankles.

And Dunn wasn’t going against scrubs. Denver has Emmanuel Mudiay, one of the top players in the 2015 draft, taking part in the summer league.
I see you @KrisDunn3 👀💃🏽
