The Vikings announced Saturday that wide receiver Percy Harvin has been downgraded from doubtful to out for Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers, the Pioneer Press reported.
Harvin is missing his third straight game because of the sprained left ankle he suffered in the Vikings’ loss to the Seahawks Nov. 4.
Doubts about Harvin playing in Sunday’s game against the Packers arose Friday when he missed practice.
Harvin isn’t the only high-profile player to missing the Vikings and Packers game Sunday.
Green Bay announced Friday that linebacker Clay Matthews would miss the game with a pulled hamstring and defensive back Charles Woodson would be out for his fifth straight game with a broken collarbone.
