Zimmer gave Bradford the day off on Wednesday, in hopes of him playing on Sunday, but clearly his left knee is still bothering him.
Keenum is coming off a career game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Minnesota has their first divisional game against the Detroit Lions this Sunday.
Others notes
Defensive end Stephen Weatherly returned to practice on Thursday after missing the previous day with an illness.
