He hit more than 50 home runs in each of his last two seasons in the Korean Baseball Organization, and on Friday night Byung Ho Park delivered on that promise with his first Major League blast in Kansas City.
Park picked a good time for his first homer, the Twins and Royals were tied at 2 in the top of the eighth when his solo shot gave Minnesota the one-run lead.

Unfortunately the lead didn’t last for the Twins, they fell to the Royals 4-3 as Kansas City rallied for two in the bottom of the eight.
