The undefeated United States men’s basketball team will go up against Argentina in the final game of group play at the 2012 London Olympics Monday at 4:15 p.m. CDT. Team USA is already guaranteed a spot in the quarterfinals, but a victory will secure the No. 1 seed.
The Americans faced their toughest opponent on Saturday, but held off Lithuania 99-94.
Timberwolves power forward Kevin Love had seven points and eight rebounds in Saturday’s victory. Shortly after the game, Love sent out a tweet apologizing for his free-throw shooting.
