Four Twins prospects have landed on MLB’s updated top 100 list.
Minnesota’s first-round selection in the 2022 MLB Draft, shortstop Brooks Lee, is the highest ranked prospect in the organization, coming in a No. 20 on MLB’s list. Lee, 22, is slashing .265/.341/.420 with five home runs and 36 RBI for AA Wichita this season.
Closely following Lee is current Twins infielder Royce Lewis at No. 22. Lewis entered play Wednesday slashing .333/.364/.500 since joining the team May 29.
Outfielder Emmanuel Rodriguez comes in at No. 63 on the prospect list. Rodriguez has 10 homers and 31 RBI with a .228/.377/.456 slash line for the Twin’s High-A affiliate in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Twins second baseman Edouard Julien rounds out the team’s prospects in the top 100, coming in at No. 69. Julien is slashing .265/.351/.442 with four homers in his rookie season with the Twins.
The Twins’ four prospects in the top 100 is second most in the AL Central, with the Guardians landing five prospects and the White Sox and Tigers each with two, respectively.
The Royals don’t have any prospects among top 100.
