Opening day at Target Field is only six days away – and if the prospect of watching the Twins doesn’t whet your appetite, then the concession stands certainly will.
Tuesday is New Food Preview Day at Target Field, and some of the mouthwatering concoctions that will be on offer this regular (and, hopefully, post) season made their debuts.
There have been several changes at the downtown stadium for the 2015 season – with popular Mexican eatery Barrio opening a new location, and food stands from notable names including Red Cow and Schwan’s popping up.

Of particular interest to the local media in attendance on Tuesday was the “College Daze Bloody Mary” at Hrbek’s, which comes with a beef stick, pickle, celery stick, an olive, two kinds of cheese and – oh yes – a slice of pepperoni pizza.
