Randy Dobnak made a successful return to the rotation and the Minnesota Twins put up nine runs in the fourth inning as they picked up a 10-0 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Friday night.
The story coming into the game was the return of Dobnak. After being stretched out at Triple-A St. Paul, the right-hander was dealing in Cleveland, throwing six shutout innings while allowing three hits and striking out five.
While Dobnak kept the Indians off the scoreboard, the Twins got on it in the third inning when Rob Refsnyder hit his first home run of the season.

Indians starter Triston McKenzie lost his command in the fourth inning, walking four batters to fuel a nine-run inning for the Twins. Minnesota plated two runs on an Ahmed Rosario error to start the inning before Andrelton Simmons drove in a run on a single and Josh Donaldson drew a bases-loaded walk to make it 5-0.
The Twins continued their outburst with a two-RBI double from Max Kepler and another two-RBI single from Alex Kirilloff.

Miguel SanĂł capped off the inning with an RBI double and the Twins cruised the rest of the way for their largest victory of the season.
The Twins (16-28) will send Kenta Maeda to the mound against Shane Bieber in the second game of the series on Saturday afternoon.
