Fans who bought tickets to any of the 16 home games the Twins would’ve played at Target Field in April had the coronavirus pandemic not postponed the start of the season now have options to receive a credit or refund.
The credit and refund policies vary based on the type of ticket-holder you are, but they are good for the following games that were canceled.
- Oakland Athletics, April 2, 4 and 5
- Cleveland Indians, April 6-8
- Detroit Tigers, April 17-19
- Seattle Mariners, April 20-23
- Boston Red Sox, April 24-26
If you purchased single-game tickets, you will automatically receive a full refund or a credit in the full amount paid for a future 2020 home game, if of course fans are allowed at games.
If you want the refund, click here. Credit will be available “once a revised 2020 schedule has been announced by Major League Baseball,” the Twins said.
Credit and refund details vary for season tickets and suites, and you can read more specifically about those right here.
The credit/refund policies will be the same for any future Twins home games that are postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
