Starting pitcher Scott Diamond tells WCCO that it’s “definitely a possibility” that the Twins will have a record at or above .500 following the road trip. To do so, the Twins would have to go 5-1 in the six games.
What’s gotten into the Twins over the last nine games? KFAN’s Paul Allen credits the bullpen, which has only allowed four runs during the stretch.
The Twins’ bullpen has combined for a 2.87 ERA this season — fourth best in Major League Baseball.
