Sure, every Vikings employee is in the hope-selling business, but none is better at it than general manager Rick Spielman, and Spielman was in top form Wednesday in London.
In an interview with KFAN radio, Spielman said that the 0-3 Vikings aren’t done competing just yet.
Spielman: "You can turn your season around relatively quickly, especially if you get a win here." #Vikings

He believes the atmosphere could go a long way in helping the players understand the situation.
Spielman: "It's truly a playoff-type atmosphere coming over here." #Vikings

Spielman isn’t as concerned as most GM’s for an 0-3 team would be because the Vikings aren’t getting blown out.
“To lose them in the style that we lost them, at the end of the games, that’s the thing that can really be frustrating,” he told FOX Sports North. “And a lot of those things, as coach (Leslie) Frazier has stated, can get corrected. And I think we have the right players to get those situations corrected.”
The winless Vikings are one-point underdogs according to Caesar’s Palace.
