It’s been three weeks since Seattle flew out of Minnesota with a 10-9 victory in a bone-chiller at TCF Bank Stadium.
It was the third coldest game in NFL lore, with the temperature at kickoff a face-freezing minus-6 degrees and a wind chill of 25 below. It never cracked the zero mark for the entire game, and the players had to grind it out on the field.
Seattle safety Kam Chancellor is still feeling the effects of the game. A couple of days ago he posted a video of his hand on Instagram, referring to the skin peeling from his fingers as “Iguana Skin.”
