The Carolina Panthers clearly have a thing with free agents from Minnesota.
On Wednesday they signed tackle Matt Kalil, and on Friday they signed Charles Johnson and Captain Munnerlyn.

Munnerlyn was drafted by the Panthers and spent five seasons in Carolina before signing with the Vikings in 2014.
The eight-year veteran appeared in all but one regular season game in his three years with the Vikings. He intercepted four passes and recorded 140 tackles during that time.
After bouncing around between the Packers and Browns practice squad, Johnson landed with the Vikings in 2014 and recorded 31 receptions.
However, he was never able to match the success he had in his first season, hauling in just 29 passes over the last two years.
