It’s still unclear if Adrian Peterson will suit up and play Sunday against the Colts, but everything is going smoothly through two days back at practice.
“I feel good. My second day of practice so just getting back into the rhythm of things,” he said.
When asked if he thinks he’ll play Sunday he said “it’s a lot to say that right now.” Peterson is catching up on terminology and twists created by Pat Shurmur, who took over play-calling duties after Norv Turner quit.
“There’s still a lot of stuff that remains the same. Just a couple wrinkles in there that are different,” he said. “Outside of that we still have the same offense, just with some new twists.”

Whenever Peterson plays, you’ll see him in a big knee brace. The “new titanium brace is super light,” he explained.
“I’m extremely hungry to get out there and help these guys win. That’s what it’s all about. That’s why I do it. It’s not for yards or anything like that,” said Peterson. “It’s for the guys in this locker room,” Peterson continued. “We’re brothers; we’re family.”
