Justin Morneau might be used as a designated hitter more often than a first baseman this season. Doctors have told Morneau that he’s more vulnerable to concussion symptoms returning if his body wears down. Morneau is hot over his last three spring games, going 4-9 with two doubles, two homers and five RBI — all of which he was the Twins’ designated hitter.
