Sophomore point guard Andre Hollins scored 20 of his 22 points in the first half and the Gophers 14th ranked Gophers dominated South Dakota State, 88-64 Tuesday night at Williams Arena. Hollins hit six three-pointers in the game. Austin Hollins added 17 points and Joe Coleman chipped in 15.
The Jackrabbits were without leading scorer Nate Wolters. The St. Cloud native sprained his ankle on Monday and wasn’t able to play.
