Cleveland made it a 2 run game in the bottom of the 8th, but the Twins scratched 2 more runs in the top of the 9th.
Kevin Jepsen picked up the save in the win despite giving up a home run to Yan Gomes. Jepsen has allowed a run in three straight appearances.
